In-House Vs Chain Bagel Restaurants for Las Vegas Team Breakfasts
Office Breakfast Catering in Las Vegas: How to Order for Your Team
A team breakfast can welcome a new hire, mark a milestone, feed a long training day, or just give coworkers a reason to gather somewhere other than their desks. The hard part is usually not deciding to do it. It is figuring out what to order and how much.
This guide walks through exactly that: which catering packages fit which group sizes, what to order for different kinds of mornings, and what to know about lead times before you place your order for office breakfast catering in Las Vegas. Order catering from Abel’s Bagels now.
Why a Local Order Lands Differently
A chain box gets the job done. But a tray of bagels that were authentically hand-rolled, kettle-boiled, and baked fresh that morning right here in Southwest Las Vegas gets noticed.
Our bagels aren't just another catering package; they are made the traditional way every single day. People pick up the difference in the first bite, and it tends to change the mood around the table. That is the whole pitch. The rest of this is logistics.
Build the Order Around Your Group Size
Our catering packages come in fixed counts, which makes planning simple. Pick the tier closest to your headcount and round up rather than down.
Bagels & Spread
Best For: The default team breakfast.
Group Size: Small huddles to full departments (3 to 15 people).
What’s Included: Your choice of fresh bagels, and we include the spread. You can mix and match bagel flavors; just note what you want in the special instructions.
Recommended Quantity: 3, 6, 9, 12, or 15 Bagels & Spread.
Bagel Boxes
Best For: A crowd where you want everyone building their own bagel. The ultimate value play.
Group Size: 7 to 28 people.
What’s Included: Sliced, fresh-baked bagels. (Note: Cream cheese spread is an add-on and is not included natively in the box.)
Recommended Quantity: Abel's Mini Bagel Box (7 sliced), Abel's Bagels Box (14 sliced), or Abel's Jumbo Bagel Box (28 sliced).
Egg Sandwiches
Best For: When bagels alone will not hold people through a long morning.
Group Size: 3 to 12 people.
What’s Included: Hot breakfast sandwiches built with your choice of bagel, cheese, and protein.
Recommended Quantity: 3, 6, 9, or 12 Egg Sandwiches.
Lox Boxes
Best For: The upgrade order to impress clients or executives.
Group Size: 3 to 12 people.
What’s Included: Your choice of bagel topped with premium Acme smoked salmon and your choice of cream cheese.
Recommended Quantity: 3, 6, 9, or 12 Lox Box Sandwiches.
Deli Sandwich Boxes
Best For: Later-morning meetings that run straight into lunch.
Group Size: 3 to 12 people.
What’s Included: Hearty sandwiches built with your choice of fresh-baked bagel, protein, and cheese.
Recommended Quantity: 3, 6, 9, or 12 Sandwiches Box.
Match the Order to the Occasion
Small team huddle (3 to 6 people): A 6 Bagels & Spread order covers it without leftovers piling up in the break room. Simple, fast, done.
Regular team meeting (9 to 15 people): Go with 12 Bagels & Spread, or step up to an Abel's Bagels Box with a couple of spreads added on if you would rather people build their own. Mix the bagel flavors so there is range.
Training session or all-day workshop: Bagels alone will not carry a group to lunch. Egg sandwiches are the move here. A 12 Egg Sandwiches order plus a Jumbo Bagel Box (with added spreads) gives people a real breakfast and something to pick at later.
Client meeting or visiting colleagues: This is where the Lox Box earns its price. Acme smoked salmon on a hand-rolled, fresh-baked bagel reads as considered rather than convenient. Pair it with a Bagels & Spread order so there is a lighter option on the table.
Early crews and shift starts: Deli Sandwich boxes travel well and eat well an hour after they arrive, which matters when not everyone is in the room at the same time.
New hire's first morning: A Mini Bagel Box (be sure to add a tub of spread!) is a low-key, generous way to mark the day without turning it into an event.
Know the Logistics Before You Order
Delivery Hours: Delivery runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 2:00 pm. This is a breakfast and lunch operation, so plan morning meetings accordingly.
Minimums & Fees: There is a $150 minimum for delivery, with no delivery fee on top of it. Smaller orders are still easily doable for takeout.
Changes & Cancellations: Give at least 24 business hours for changes. Adjustments after that window may not be possible, and cancellations inside 24 hours of the event carry a fee.
Lead Times: Order early for large groups. Jumbo boxes and higher sandwich counts are easier to accommodate with a few days of notice, especially at the start of the week.
Beverages: If you want coffee or something from the juice, smoothie, or acai side of the menu alongside your order, ask when you book. Those are not standard catering packages, so it is worth confirming availability directly with us.
